StrictlyTalent was founded in 2010 with a self proclaimed mission to fix a broken system. Technology misdirected has rendered the search for quality talent irrelevant.

Job boards, aggregator sites and now social media have only made the search for quality talent more irrelevant. These technologies provide exposure without providing a filter. Too many people applying for jobs they are not qualified for creates an administrative nightmare for the recruiter. Couple that with one-way “black hole” communication that most candidates encounter and you have a process that has become, for the most part unprofessional, degrading, and irrelevant.

We’ll fix the system by focusing on discovering matches and building one-to-one relationships between quality people and great opportunity.
